Eligibility and Submission

• Images must have been taken between November 2, 2024, and November 1, 2025.

• Submissions should consist of five underwater images.

• You may submit either five individual standalone images or a portfolio of five images that work together cohesively.

• For portfolios, judges will evaluate the diversity, creativity, and unique photographic techniques demonstrated across the set.

Image Requirements

• A maximum of two blackwater images are allowed within your set of five.

• Images must be saved in JPEG format.

• The longest side of each image must be no more than 1,500 pixels.

Editing and AI Usage

• Minor post-production edits are permitted, including adjustments to color, contrast, and sharpness, as well as the removal of backscatter and minor flaws.

• Cropping is limited to a maximum of 15%.

• Alterations that change the original content of the image are strictly forbidden. This includes moving or removing subjects, adding foreign elements, or any other significant manipulation.

• The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for image creation, enhancement, or manipulation is completely prohibited. All submitted images must be a result of traditional photography techniques and contain no AI-generated content.
